A contemporary Ganado rug  27 1/2inches by 40 inches. This is a heavy all hand spun Navajo wool rug.  The red is a chemical dyed hand spun wool while the remaining colors are all natural.  The black being enhanced with pinon pitch. This rug is about twenty years old, came from a collection in Albuquerque and is heavy enough to go on the floor or be used as a dynamic wall hanging.

A beautiful small Navajo wearing 21 inches by 32 1/2 inches by Alice Roy. This rug is all hand spun and hand dyed wool from Alice’s own sheep, a rare commodity these days. The grey, brown, and white are all natural wool,  The black wool has been enhanced with pinon pitch while the red is dyed with a packaged commercial dye. This rug is of substantial weight so it could go on the floor beside a bed as the natural wool is full of lanolin, soft and good for your feet,  or could be used as a beautiful wall accent.
